earlier this week, i attended royal t’s recent art show & caught a glimpse of these clever shopping bags in their gift shop. cast of vices took something so simple, such as the typical “market” bag & transformed it into a buttery, soft handbag. needless to say, i will have to have this at some point. it’s silly enough to add a touch of whimsy, but super practical for all my day to day needs!

i’m in dire need of new bedding & yet i find this to be quite difficult because: a. i hate scratchy sheets b. i dont like crazy prints c. great bedding is expensive. although, i’ve had a few on my wish list, these are some of my favorites. can’t decide between solids or neutral prints, help!

i recently stumbled upon the website notemaker /field notes blog & was completely smitten by the array of journals & fine paper goods. (moleskin, o-check, rhodia, just to name a few!) i love buying journals & feel i can never have too many! it’s always great to carry them around for a quick reminder or doodle because sometimes nothing compares to good ‘ol paper. i had to share these beautiful photo collages of journals. gingerly placed & color coordinated almost pretty enough to frame.
