Sheesh! it’s been a long while! I was MIA, for weeks & sort of still feel lost without my own laptop, since the “great shutdown of 2010”. Borrowing one is better than nothing, but it’s surely not the same. I’ve been working a new job (which I still don’t know about…sigh*), but one of the pros is discovering Foxy’s Restaurant. I am such a sucker for good old American diner food & never pass up a chance to try a new place. This has the classics, but without all of the cheesy decor. (well, there is the charming toaster at your table so you get it just right) Exceptional service & breakfast was heavenly with large colorful plates of omlettes, avocado, country potatoes & fresh baked bread.
